UNIQUE STUDENT IDENTITY NUMBER (USI)Because the AWQ VHF Marine Radio is a nationally recognised training course, you are required to have a UNIQUE STUDENT IDENTITY NUMBER (USI). You require a USI to complete your registration. You may already have a USI from some other previous course such as a First Aid course. (this can be searched for at www.usi.gov.au ) If you DO NOT have a USI please download this form to take you through the process. |
